2024 Tournament PreviewOregon was on the wrong side of the NCAA bubble heading into the Pac-12 tournament, but coach Dana Altman's squad clinched the automatic bid as the four seed with a winning streak that included a victory over top-seeded Arizona. The Ducks overcome an onslaught of injuries, as four rotation players were done for the season by mid-January, and top player N'Faly Dante (16.2 ppg, 8.8 rpg, 1.9 bpg) missed 14 games as well. The 6-11 Dante is back with a vengeance, posting four double-doubles in his last six games and averaging 19.3 points and 9.8 rebounds in that span. He's joined by Jermaine Couisnard (15.4 ppg) and Jackson Shelstad (13.1 ppg) to form the 50th-ranked offense in KenPom's efficiency ratings. Oregon doesn't shoot the three well (33.6 percent) and it's mediocre defensively (70th, per KenPom), but there's no question the Ducks are catching fire at the right time.
