Silas Demary

This was already the consensus understanding of Demary's role given he enters as a transfer from Georgia who put up 13.5 ppg and 3.1 apg in the SEC in 2024-25. At 6-5, he gives UConn plenty of size at the point guard position, as Rothstein compares him to the likes of Tristen Newton from Dan Hurley's back-to-back title teams. Demary may not be the same triple-double threat, but his on-ball defense will undoubtedly prove to be a major asset for the Huskies.
