Out six-to-eight weeks
Waters is out six-to-eight weeks due to a foot injury, per Mark Zeigler of The San Diego Union-Tribune.
ANALYSIS
Waters was diagnosed with a navicular stress fracture in his right foot that will keep him out for at least six weeks, potentially longer than eight too. The injury explains why he did not participate in San Diego State's latest exhibition against UCLA. The plan is to have Waters wear a protective boot for five weeks and be re-evaluated thereafter, hoping one week or just a little over than that is all it takes to get him cleared. Currently, the earliest he can play is Dec. 7 against San Diego, after already sitting out six games in November and a Fresno matchup in December.
