Rogers contributed 25 points (10-17 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 29 minutes before fouling out of Wednesday's 74-52 victory over Navy.
ANALYSIS
Rogers took matters into his own hands in the Patriot League title game, taking 17 shots, his most field goals attempted since Feb. 8. He was efficient enough from two-point range to mask his rough day from downtown, but it hardly mattered; he contributed 25 points in a blowout. Rogers, the Eagles' leading scorer, has posted excellent 56/40/75 shooting splits this season, and maintaining that efficient scoring will be a key to American making some noise in the NCAA Tournament.
