Finds stroke from long range
Ivy-Curry racked up 22 points (6-12 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds, four assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Tuesday's 100-94 victory over Florida Atlantic.
ANALYSIS
Ivy-Curry drained four threes on his way to 22 points while also contributing a smattering of production in the ancillary statistics. He started the season shooting just 2-for-13 from downtown through two games but found his stroke in converting of half of his eight shots from behind the arc Tuesday. The senior guard has improved his scoring in each of his first three games, averaging 18.7 points across 34.3 minutes per game while throwing in 2.7 boards, 3.3 assists and 2.0 steals. He played last season at Texas-San Antonio and has proven thus far to be a major pickup for UCF.
