Crews committed to Missouri on Tuesday, per Joe Tipton of On3.com.
ANALYSIS
Crews joining Missouri already puts him in contention to be the 2024-25 Tigers' best player. The 2023-24 Tigers significantly struggled, going winless against SEC teams. Meanwhile, Crews averaged 19.1 points and 8.2 rebounds across his 33 games started with Tennessee-Martin. However the Mizzou team decides to use him, it has multiple options. Crews' 6-foot-8 height and rebounding ability make him most suitable at power forward, arguably the position Missouri needed to fix most. He can play the three as well though, allowing Tamar Bates to move down to Mizzou's starting backcourt in place of Nick Honor, who has no collegiate eligibility remaining.
