Skillings will use his junior year of collegiate eligibility. Considering the sophomore's output his second season, Cincinnati fans have much to be excited about. Despite mostly being a reserve between November 2023 and February 2024, Skillings averaged 11.9 points and 6.4 rebounds across 28 games he played. He was part of the Bearcats' starting lineup all but once during March, an excellent month for him. Skillings averaged 16.4 points and 6.8 rebounds across his eight games then. Now that the sophomore is expected to be a regular component of Cincinnati's starting five, he has an improved opportunity to replicate the aforementioned rates across an entire season.
