ANALYSIS
While enrolled at East Carolina, Malonga logged his freshman and sophomore seasons. Despite being available for much of their later year, the center's second-year output was noticeably worse. For the 2024-25 Pirates' lineup rotation, Malonga was surpassed by mainstay reserve Reid Cason and barely logged multiple games since February. The former has two years of collegiate eligibility and a redshirt remaining.
