Hines spent the past two seasons at Alabama State, and he took a big leap in 2024-2025, averaging 14.1 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.1 steals. The 6-foot-2 guard also had nice efficiency, posting 42/38/72 shooting splits. Hines will likely have one more season of eligibility remaining.
