Tristen Newton News: Leads all scorers with 39 points

Newton logged 39 points (12-23 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 9-9 FT), nine rebounds and six assists in 43 minutes during Sunday's 107-102 G League loss to the Wisconsin Herd.

Newton's game-high 39 points were not enough to propel the Iowa Wolves to victory Sunday, and his nine boards were a season high. It was also a season-best scoring output for Newton, who is now up to four 30-point performances in the G League so far this year.
