Thanasis Antetokounmpo News: Looks healthy again

Antetokounmpo (Achilles) was added to the Greek national team's training camp roster for the EuroBasket 2025 tournament, which begins in late August, Eurohoops.net reports.

Antetokounmpo didn't play professionally during the 2024-25 season after he required surgery in May 2024 to address a torn Achilles tendon, but his inclusion on the Greek roster for the EuroBasket competition confirms that he's healthy again. The 33-year-old forward last played in the NBA with the Bucks in 2023-24 alongside younger brother Giannis Antetokounmpo, but the elder Antetokounmpo may head overseas during the upcoming season to continue his playing career.
