Gary Gill Hill

Gill Hill has almost everything going for him except for the fact he's a young pitching prospect who is multiple years away from the majors. He has an athletic, 6-foot-2 frame that he has naturally grown into over the past couple years, and velocity gains have been a part of that, with his fastball now touching 97 mph and sitting around 94 mph. Gill Hill boasts three quality secondary offerings that should only improve in the coming years, and he filled up the zone, walking just 6.2 percent of batters last year while building up to a career-high 108.2 innings. He will head to High-A and could get to Double-A at some point during his age-20 season. A major injury is seemingly the only thing that will slow Gill Hill's ascent. Read Past Outlooks
