Past Fantasy Outlooks
2021
2020
Bracho, 19, is a 5-foot-11 second baseman whose body is already close to maxed out but whose bat might do enough damage for him to make it as a regular. The switch hitter goes to the plate looking to do damage, and he has never logged an ISO lower than .259 or a wRC+ lower than 141. That's the kind of offensive impact he will need to continue to display as he climbs the ladder, as his defense at the keystone is already suspect and a move to left field may be necessary down the road. He is walking a fine line with his flyball rates (over 51%) and pull rates, and for that reason, it's hard to project a high batting average. Bracho has logged high walk rates, however, so he is more appealing in OBP leagues. He spent the summer at the alternate training site and then went to the fall instructional league, setting up a Low-A debut this season.
