Tampa Bay Rays A+
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Flewelling is poised for a breakout season and is an excellent dynasty target heading into 2026. A 6-foot-2, 200-pound lefty-hitting backstop the Rays selected out of high school in 2024, Flewelling slashed .259/.423/.397 with six home runs, six steals, a 21.2 percent walk rate and a 28 percent strikeout rate in 70 games from June on. He spent his whole age-18 season in full-season ball, which is extremely rare for a catching prospect. Flewelling was rewarded for his strong play at Single-A with five games at High-A to close the year, in which he banged two singles, a double and a triple while walking five times. He makes excellent swing decisions and should grow into above-average power. Flewelling is a strong defender, especially for his age, so he could finish 2026 as a top-50 real-life prospect, and he's the top teenage catching prospect for dynasty leagues. Read Past Outlooks
