It was easy to miss it as the White Sox trudged toward a record-breaking 121 losses -- many turned away in horror -- but Sosa finished the season in impressive fashion, slashing .373/.398/.566 with four homers in September. He spent the first half up and down between Triple-A and the majors before getting the call for good at the end of July. Sosa has made steady progress with his strikeout rate and finally had something to show for it down the stretch. The South Side will be the land of opportunity again in 2025 and Sosa should get a chance to build on what he did at the end of last season.
