Tristan Gray News: Traded to Red Sox

The Red Sox acquired Gray from the Rays in exchange for Luis Guerrero on Tuesday.

Gray has managed a .207/.264/.369 batting line over parts of three big-league seasons. He can handle all four infield positions and will join Boston's 40-man roster.
