Emmanuel Rivera News: DFA'd Tuesday

The Orioles designated Rivera for assignment Tuesday.

Rivera got one at-bat in his last game with Baltimore on Monday and recorded only a single hit in his 10 plate appearances during the month of June. Baltimore designated the 29-year-old for assignment with Dylan Carlson getting recalled from Triple-A Norfolk.
