Recommended Pickup

Scooter Gennett, 2B, MIL – After opening the season hitting low in the Brewers order, Gennett has seen opportunities to take Jean Segura's No. 2 slot between Carlos Gomez and Ryan Braun. That is a pretty good place to land. With Braun out indefinitely, the Brewers turned to Gennett to hit No. 3. That shows how committed the organization is to Gennett. Gennett is hitting .296/.337/.407 on the season, not bad for a middle infielder in his first full season at the MLB level. Do not forget he emerged with a .324/.356/.479 slash in 69 games in 2013.
