Closer Watch

Chicago White Sox – It's been a rough season for Jeff Samardzija, and even when he can pull out a win it's not pretty. David Robertson, who racked up his 28th save of the year on Thursday, got Samardzija his ninth win of the year by pitching a perfect ninth inning on 14 pitches. Moving from the Yankees to the White Sox has been a seamless transition for Robertson, who holds a 2.55 ERA, 0.87 WHIP and 72 strikeouts in 53 innings pitched on the year.

Recommended Pickup

Corey Seager, 3B, Los Angeles Dodgers – There's no guarantee that Corey Seager is going to get full-time at-bats until the end of the season, especially with Justin Turner likely only missing a few games with an injured finger, but Seager is a name that we've all been drooling over for the last couple of seasons. His pedigree alone is enough reason to take a chance on the 21-year old shortstop, with 18 HR, 81 R and 76 RBI, while slashing .292/.343/.486 between Double-A and Triple-A. Seager is a must-grab for those of you in need of infield help.

Other Recent Recommendations:Didi Gregorius, Hector Olivera, Ben Paulsen, Jose Berrios, Stephen Piscotty and Eduardo Escobar
