PITCHER
Corey Kluber, CLE at KAN ($12,200): It's obviously a steep price, but Kluber looks like the right call for cash lineups. He's gone for 55 or more points in four of his last five starts and has struck out 25 Royals across 25.0 innings in four starts against them this season. The Royals' offense won't deter, posting a .307 wOBA, 92 wRC+ and .157 ISO against righties.
GPP Fade: Stephen Strasburg, WAS at COL ($9,500): This could come from the Captain Obvious department, but why would you want to pay this premium price for a pitcher in Coors Field? It's a small sample size, but Strasburg has allowed nine runs in his last 8.2 innings in Colorado. The Rockies aren't as dominant as you'd think at home, posting a .352 wOBA against righties there, but there is no disputing the Coors Field effect, and it's an obvious spot to avoid starting pitchers.
Cheap GPP Consideration: Trevor Richards, MIA at NYM ($6,700): There's a glaring lack of upside across most pitchers Saturday night, so if you're not willing or able to pay up for Kluber, punting and hoping for 20-plus points and/or some strikeouts may be the correct path. Everyone is well versed in the Mets offensive struggles, and they bring a .313 wOBA, .168 ISO and 21.9 percent strikeout rate to the table. Richards is far from a sure thing but has a home ERA of 4.02 (against 5.37 away) while fanning at a 24.0 percent clip.
CATCHER/FIRST BASE
Eric Hosmer, SDP vs. ARI ($2,500): Name recognition and price certainly aren't matching here. Hosmer is far from safe, but at this price, there's next to no risk. A .343 wOBA and 118 wRC+ against opposite-handed arms simply won't be found often for a sub 3k price.
SECOND BASE
Daniel Descalso, ARI at SDP ($2,700): Arizona's late-season swoon has pushed their bats down in price to where a stack is possible and makes great sense in this spot against a struggling Jacob Nix. Descalso offers great cost savings at a non-premium position, and brings a .332 wOBA, 106 wRC+ and .188 ISO against lefties to the table, all of which are top-four within the D'Backs lineup. Nix meanwhile is allowing a .401 wOBA to lefties.
THIRD BASE
Jeimer Candelario DET at MIL ($3,500): Candelario looks like the best of the worst with the hot corner not presenting juicy matchups across the board. The price here seems a little high, but a .359 wOBA against lefties offers some appeal. Brewers' starter Wade Miley has faded a bit in September, not working more than five innings in his last three starts while allowing five runs and 13 hits in that stretch.
SHORTSTOP
Charlie Culberson, ATL at PHI ($2,800): If you want to pay up for Kluber, it's all going to be about price/opportunity when selecting hitters. With Dansby Swanson out for the weekend, Culberson is set as a starter, and his .354 wOBA and .121 ISO should play well.
OUTFIELD
Adam Eaton, WAS at COL ($3,800): That Eaton is priced higher than the next player listed in this column speaks heavily to the Coors Field effect. And yes, Bryce Harper ($5,100) and Juan Soto ($4,600) are preferred options. But Eaton's .371 wOBA and 132 wRC+ seem like they are somewhat underpriced as a potential top-of-the order bat in a great spot.
David Peralta, ARI at SDP ($3,500): While Descalso may be the lower-priced option in this offense that makes sense, Peralta's tag isn't prohibitive and it's difficult to ignore the upside. He brings a team-leading .402 wOBA, 153 wRC+ and .254 ISO to the table. He's been a bit feast or famine of late, but the matchup with the aforementioned Nix looks worth targeting.
Robbie Grossman, MIN vs. CWS ($2,800): The Twins look like another cheap offense to consider stacking Saturday against Carlos Rodon, who has allowed a .407 wOBA in 26.1 September innings after previously not having a month with that number topping .309. Grossman has no power upside (.123 ISO) but leads the team's regulars with a .384 wOBA and 143 wRC+. He's closing the season strong as well, with three-straight double-digit fantasy point games entering Friday, and 10 more his last 14 games.
UTILITY
David Dahl, COL vs. WAS ($4,000): Dahl homered in four straight games entering Friday's contest, where he was 0-for-2 at submission time. He's producing a robust .400 wOBA, 138 wRC+ .302 ISO against righties, numbers that jump to .491/199/.415 at home.
