Maverick McIvor Injury: Available as emergency quarterback

McIvor (shoulder) will not start in Saturday's game against New Mexico State but will be available as an emergency quarterback, Nick Coppola of The Las Cruces Sun-News reports.

McIvor, as expected, will not be the Hilltoppers' starter in the home matchup, and he'll cede duties to Rodney Tisdale. McIvor has been disclosed as Western Kentucky's emergency quarterback to be used if needed. With that being said, it remains unlikely that he'll enter the game.
